Southills is a small stud
farm situated in the North East of Scotland, owned by Fiona Thomson
and partner Jarrad Patterson. Our aim is to produce old-fashioned quality Hunters & Hacks with bone, substance and
movement for the show ring. Our bloodlines consist of
Irish Draught x Thoroughbred and Welsh x Thoroughbred.
We have only been breeding &
showing for 10 years and have won numerous Championships with
three of our brood mares, going on to be Supreme Overall at the
County shows. Our Highlight in 2009 was that one of our
Offspring qualified for Horse of the Year shown at Birmingham N.E.C in the small Hack class and was then placed 4th.
